Whether it's a good architect, a great draftsman, a creative designer or just someone to bounce ideas off from, we have the right people to help polish your home ideas and house concepts.

Preliminary
Agreement
It is a document which gives us the go-signal to carry out the preliminary work required. Based on the result of these reports and plans, we will prepare costing and full contract documentation.

Building
Contracts
Once all the required paperwork is signed and a deposit has been paid by the client, the process of getting all the approvals and necessary permits in place will begin.

Paperwork and
Permits
We manage the process of submitting all the drawings and specifications to the council and ensuring that all the appropriate building permits and insurances are received and are in place.

Building
Begins
One of the best things about working with us is that the same builder will work in the planning process and the building stage. We'll keep you updated with meetings and email updates.

Completion and
Handover
You will be given a formal notice of completion, final inspection certificate and products warranties for all the appliances that we've installed. As well as a 6 year guarantee.
