We came across Kev Morris Builder when we started our initial web search for an adaptable-living builder. From start to finish, the whole process was a very pleasant experience. With the help and professional input by Sean, Kev, excellent coordination and supervision by Cameron, our house was completed on time and budget. Even after we moved in, we decided to add a few small items, nothing was too much for them. In short we are very happy with the house, the way it was finished and we highly recommend Kev Morris and his teams!

We decided to renovate our duplex and add more room to the living areas in both units. We were looking for a builder who can complete the work in a limited and difficult time frame. We chose Kev Morris Builders and are very happy we did, Kev and his team were absolutely fantastic. It took the stress out of the whote renovation. Kev and his team were very efficient and accommodating. The job was completed in good time and to a very high standard with valuable advice adding to a great overall result. We would certainly recommend Kev and his team for any job without hesitations.

Over the last 16 years we have engaged Kevin and his team to undertake several refurbishments to our home. In the planning and designing stage Kevin has always listened to our ideas and found ways to bring them to practical fruition. During construction, Kevin and his team have been completely trustworthy and respectful of our home. Their craftsmanship is of a high level and this has been commented on by others. Kevin provides detailed specifications and quotes but is willing to make adjustments as the job progresses. We strongly endorse the work of Kevin and his team.

Just took the keys to our new home from Kev Morris Builders. Ours was a 300 sqm custom design on a rural block. We know we are one of the lucky ones in the present supply-constrained market, but it was finished on time, on budget, and to an extremely high standard. It is our fifth home and hopefully our last. The team were professional throughout, helping us with our design ideas, and gave pro-active advice re site location matters such as soil testing and bushfire safety requirements. We thought the price for the basic design was reasonable compared to other builders, and from there we chose to upgrade certain aspects. Project manager Cameron was fastidious the way he organised his trades and is a good communicator. He also gave advice on clever design ideas all the way through that led to a much more impressive result than we had first imagined. He is the building manager you hope exists but don’t expect to find. We would not hesitate to recommend Kev Morris Builder for either a quality owner-occupied home or a value-for-money investment property.
